Data protection
The texts (Datasheets and others) and images deposited in the Jean-Clottes Database, Animal representations in Prehistory (BJC) are legally protected. Each text is referenced and the procedure for using images is as follows:
- Rights
All the texts and images in the Jean-Clottes Database, Animal representations in Prehistory (BJC) are subject to copyright and, as such, are protected by intellectual property rights. Any request to use all or part of the texts or images must be submitted to the Scientific Advisory Board, which will forward it to the authors. Any use without the consent and citation of the authors is liable to prosecution.
Referencing texts
At the end of each text (Datasheets A or B), reference is made to the document consulted and, if available, to the original document.
